You can now apply for any of our properties online! Just select the "Apply Now" button under the property you want, pay the application fee, upload necessary documents, and submit. We'll bring you home from there.

HOW TO APPLY FOR A

RENTAL PROPERTY ONLINE

Click the "Apply Now" Button at the bottom right of the property description

Visit our Rental Search page HERE and find the property you would like to apply for

You will then be directed to the Application Page where you will be asked to read our standard policies

Select your desired move-in date and follow the prompts through the application

After paying the $50 application fee and uploading the necessary documents, hit submit!

Applicant Qualifications:

Applicant's household must make at least 3x the monthly rental rate

Applicants may not have any recent evictions within the past year

Applicants must include a photo ID with application

Applicants must include verifyable proof of income with application

All applicants must be over the age of 18
